Reservation Policy
Deposits
A 50% per person deposit of the total package cost is required to
confirm a reservation. Payment may be made by major
credit card when calling for a reservation. Personal checks
must be received at the Lodge, 14 days prior to acceptance of any
reservation.
Full payment
of the remaining balance is due the last morning of your visit to
the Lodge and before leaving.
Refunds will not
be given for late arrival, early departures, weather conditions or
for not showing up.
Cancellations
Deposits will be fully refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation,
(via telephone or email) prior to arrival date. If less than 30 days
notice of cancellation is given the total per person deposit will be
applied toward a future reservation during the same calendar
year. No refunds of any kind will be given with less than 14
days notice.
Additional
Meals
Reminder, the dinner meal is not included in any
fishing package on the day you arrive at the Lodge, unless special
arrangements are made prior to your arrival and there is
an additional charge for adding this meal.
